Privacy Policy

Sim Cinema Reflux is made by Pixley Growth. The short version: the game runs entirely on your device, and we don't collect anything about you. There is no account, no server, no analytics, no advertising, and no tracking of any kind. We never see what you do in the game.

What we collect

Nothing. We operate no servers and receive no data from the app. We do not collect personal information, usage data, device identifiers, location, contacts, or analytics.

What stays on your device

Your studios, movies, settings, and any posters or headshots you generate are stored locally on your device. This data never leaves your device through the app, and we have no access to it. If you delete the app, that data is removed with it. If you back up your device to iCloud or a computer, your local app data is included in that backup under Apple's control, not ours.

On-device AI

Some features use Apple's on-device frameworks — Apple Intelligence (Foundation Models) for generated text, and Image Playground for optional posters and headshots. This processing happens on your device using Apple's technology. We do not run these models, receive their inputs or outputs, or transmit anything to ourselves. Apple's handling of these features is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy.

Purchases

Sim Cinema Reflux offers a single optional in-app purchase that removes the free movie limit. Purchases are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store. We never see or store your payment details. Restoring a purchase uses Apple's standard StoreKit mechanism and does not share personal information with us.

No tracking or advertising

The app contains no third-party SDKs for analytics, advertising, or tracking. It does not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA) and does not ask to track you across apps or websites.

Children

Sim Cinema Reflux does not collect data from anyone, including children. Because nothing is collected, there is no personal information of any user — child or adult — for us to access or share.

Changes to this policy

If this policy ever changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date. Since the app collects nothing today, any future change that affected data collection would be described clearly here first.
